Indian-Style Tuna Patty

This Indian-style tuna patty is easy to make from a handful of ingredients you probably have in your pantry already. Sometimes called fish cutlets, fish cakes or fish patties they’re made with tin tuna, veggies and herbs, and are coated in egg and breadcrumbs, then deep fried to golden perfection.

Tip: To freeze patties after coating in breadcrumbs, arrange the cutlets on a tray in a single layer. Freeze for 4-5 hours. Then transfer to ziplock bags to save space. About 30 minutes prior to deep frying, remove from freezer and thaw. Uncooked cutlets can be frozen for up to a month.
