Temaki

Temaki is really sushi in a hand-rolled form shaped into a conical shape or cone. It is also known as hand-rolled sushi. It’s usually made from vinegared rice and sashimi (raw fish), vegetables, rolled in a nori (seaweed) cone. Tips: when adding the rice, have some water on standby to wet your hands which will make it much easier to handle the rice when placing it on the nori.

(wiki) Shichimi togarashi usually includes many spices such as yuzu, ginger, red chilli powder, seaweed, black and white sesame, as well as sansho pepper. Sansho pepper is a spice with a strong citrus flavor made from peppercorns from the Japanese prickly ash.
